We are looking for a hard-working, dependable Building Maintenance Worker to work with a facilities management team for a property management company on Old City. In this role, your main task is to prep and make-ready apartments for turns and move-ins.

Requirements:
High level of working experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry and other general maintenance repairs.
At least 3 years previous building maintenance experience required.
Valid drivers license and transportation are required.

We are looking for a hard-working, dependable Building Maintenance Worker to work with a facilities management team for a property management company on Old City. In this role, your main task is to prep and make-ready apartments for turns and move-ins.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance of units (i.e. electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair)
- Troubleshoot, repair and or replace fixtures, toilets, light switches, appliances, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, etc.
- Light carpentry work.
- Replaces or repairs windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets.
- Checks applicable appliances and informs Supervisor of problems.
- Checks faucets sink plugs and repairs/replaces as necessary. Replaces washers when needed. Performs exterior repairs to sinks, bathtubs, etc., when warranted.
- Repairs or replaces curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, etc.
- Inspects bathroom tiles, performs minor repairs/replacements.
Requirements:
