- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations with professionalism.

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and tools.
- Familiarity with safety and maintenance procedures.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in maintenance is a plus.
