Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient history, performing detailed assessments, and developing tailored treatment recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively to both patients and their families, actively involving them in setting achievable goals.
• Implement treatment protocols adeptly, adjusting approaches based on the patient's evolving health condition and compliance with contemporary healthcare standards.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals as necessary and document any changes in patient conditions that may require adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Manage discharge planning proactively and ensure follow-up care is detailed, timely, and documented accurately to reflect patients' treatment paths.
• Exhibit strong time management skills and meet productivity expectations while maintaining accurate schedules and punctuality.
• Actively participate in community wellness initiatives and marketing activities to enhance public awareness of physical therapy services.
• Contribute to the attainment of departmental objectives and comply with all governmental and accreditation standards.
• Pursue continual professional education and serve as a clinical instructor for students, fostering a culture of learning and mentorship.
• Enhance patient experiences by maintaining flexibility in service delivery and identifying barriers to care, ensuring accessibility and support for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Active Life, you will serve a diverse patient population seeking rehabilitation for a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative care, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a nationally accredited program is required.
• Must hold an active state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting is essential.
• Current CPR certification is required, ensuring preparedness for any emergency situations.

Preferred Experience
