Description - Your Contributions

• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance along with calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document processes meticulously, train newcomers or students, and uphold the highest laboratory standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, including preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining the ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment is essential.
• Maintain current certifications throughout your tenure.
