Your Role-What You'll Accomplish

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory evaluations encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, per established protocols.
• Scrutinize test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for examination as needed.
• Ensure detailed documentation of all procedures, guide new staff or students, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Maintain a tidy, secure workspace and follow all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or possess an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain accredited certification throughout your tenure.
