Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and analyze biological specimens for laboratory testing.
• Perform a wide range of tests in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and urinalysis.
• Operate and maintain lab instruments, ensuring calibration and functionality.
• Verify and report test results with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory standards (CLIA, OSHA, CAP, etc.).
• Maintain quality control logs and assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate and effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and equipment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on travel assignments in varied settings.
