A leader of people/teams that still loves to work with their hands. You Have: Experience on construction sites leading teams. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Your Location: Austin, TX and the surrounding areas Your Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/Wk) Mon-Fri from 8:00am-4:00pm (CST) Your Manager: Jereme, Master Electrician Haas' Core Values: We are committed to the team We truly give a $%^& We are driven for knowledge We strive for constant and continual improvement We respect our clients Your Contribution to Haas: Install/Maintain/Repair electrical systems (new/retro) Read and Interpret blueprints Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues Follow safety rules and regulations Communication with clients and team members Project Estimates Maintain clean, organized job site Mentor apprentices as needed Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience: EV charger installs, sub-panels, residential rewiring, & troubleshooting (REQUIRED) Journeyman w/ 5+ years of electrician experience (REQUIRED) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions Experience with high-end residential electrical work Authorized to work in the US Must be fluent in English Haas' Contribution to You: $40-$45/hour - YEP!
