Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time Permanent Facility: Fairview Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Location: Great Barrington, MA Address: 151 Christian Hill Road, Great Barrington, MA 01230 Position Type: Permanent Full-Time Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | Weekdays/Weekends | Flexible Schedule Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $46 – $55/hr Estimated Annual Salary: $95,680 – $114,400/year Job Summary Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, improve mobility and function, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maximize patient outcomes.
