Track orders and shipments while providing status updates to customers.Perform administrative duties including phone support, mail distribution, and record maintenance.Customer Service Admin Assistant Qualifications:Required experience in both Customer Service and Administrative Support.Strong customer service skills with experience handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building customer relationships.Proficient with computers, data entry, Microsoft Office, and standard office equipment.Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.High School Diploma required; ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
