Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures using warehouse management systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
WMS and RF Device experience
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Supervising shipping operation, ensuring process is efficient.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields.
Strong leadership qualities.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
