Superintendent - Construction - Waterbury Our client is hiring in the building and construction industry in Waterbury. They are looking for a Superintendent to manage daily operations on the construction site to ensure progress aligns with project plans. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets, ensuring safety standards are consistently met across the site, and monitoring quality control to maintain project integrity. A successful Superintendent - Construction - Waterbury should have experience managing ground up construction projects, including coordinating teams and schedules. They should manage projects budgets above $3M, have strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software is also required, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively on-site. Ground up multi family is a plus!
