We operate with a client service mindset and always strive to bring an energetic and fresh approach to our work.About the RoleCiti Commercial Bank (CCB) sits at the heart of our Banking business, partnering with ambitious, mid-sized companies around the world to fuel their growth and power their international expansion. This role will work as a key partner to the business and its leadership to manage external and internal communications for CCB, which will be a key growth driver of Citi’s Banking strategy. Through conceptualizing and implementing impactful communications initiatives to promote CCB’s capabilities; protecting and enhancing the reputation of the business with media and other key stakeholders; and crafting engaging content for colleagues, this is a highly visible role within a primary business line of Citi’s Banking franchise. This position is an excellent opportunity for a creative, driven and poised professional to play a key role in shaping and amplifying CCB’s narrative.ResponsibilitiesThis role will:Partner with CCB's Global Head and leadership team as a strategic communications advisor, shaping executive messaging and driving colleague engagement across the franchise.Design and execute creative, proactive communications strategies that showcase CCB's unique value proposition and elevate awareness of its products and capabilities.Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier financial media and journalists covering commercial banking, middle-market companies, and high-growth businesses expanding globally.Craft compelling content across formats — press releases, executive talking points, media statements, award submissions, pitch materials, interview briefs, and internal colleague communications.Distill complex financial concepts into clear, accessible narratives that resonate with diverse audiences while preserving the authentic voice of our leaders and the bank.Build trusted relationships across all organizational levels, from senior executives to cross-functional peers and broader team members, fostering collaboration and alignment.Champion the protection and enhancement of Citi's reputation with passion and vigilance in every communication touchpoint.Demonstrate sound risk judgment in all business decisions, with particular attention to reputational considerations.
