The company has built a reputation for delivering excellence in roofing, façade restoration, waterproofing, and structural upgrades. Responsibilities: Lead roofing projects from planning through completion. Manage budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Maintain proactive communication with clients and consultants. Drive delivery of projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality. Qualifications: 5+ years’ proven experience managing commercial and/or residential roofing projects in the New York City area Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, construction documents, and project scheduling. Ability to oversee subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship specific to roofing.
