Job Opportunity

Position: Travel Registered Nurse - Neuro Med Surg

Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Location: Arlington, TX

Unit Information

The unit consists of a total of 24 beds, supported by a dedicated team of 31 staff members.

  • Day Shift Staffing: 1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, 2 Technicians, and 1 Health Unit Coordinator
  • Night Shift Staffing: 1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 Technicians
Patient Care

The patient-to-nurse ratio is 6:1, ensuring personalized attention for each patient.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a current state license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in the Stroke specialty
  • 3 years of management experience
Typical Procedures

Staff on this unit frequently perform the following procedures:
  • Electroencephalograms (EEGs)
  • Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
  • Bladder Scanning
