Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)A reputable healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with a strong background in liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant procedures. This position requires proficiency in specialized surgical equipment and a commitment to high-quality patient care.Shift and ScheduleShift: Daytime hours from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PMSchedule: 3x12-hour shifts per weekKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in transplant surgeries, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety.Utilize Misonix/CUSA technology proficiently during surgical procedures.Collaborate with the surgical team to manage and prioritize cases effectively.Participate in the organ placement process, ensuring proper techniques are employed.Float between departments as necessary to meet facility needs.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of direct experience in liver/transplant operating room settings.Proficient in using Misonix/CUSA technology.Experience in organ transplant procedures, specifically placing organs back into recipients.Current certifications: AHA or American Red Cross ACLS, BLS (must be held at time of submission), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start).Must be nicotine-free and pass a drug test including a nicotine screening.Additional InformationGuaranteed hours: 36 hours for three 12-hour shifts; 40 hours for 8/10-hour shifts.The facility is a smoke-free environment.Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized once confirmed for the assignment.Client Details City Weston State FL
