What You’ll Be Doing Advanced drivability and electrical diagnostics System troubleshooting and root-cause analysis Engine performance diagnostics Research-based repair strategy Collaborating with other technicians on complex issues Maintaining efficient productivity and workflow Performing high-quality repairs with minimal comebacks What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recent hands-on automotive experience Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience in a professional independent repair shop Consistent work history with no major employment gaps ASE Master certification preferred (not required) Strong work ethic and production mindset Ability to work independently and efficiently Compensation Details This role uses a hybrid Pay-for-Performance compensation structure.
