Prologis seeks an Investment Manager to join the Capital Deployment team in the Phoenix area. You will support acquisitions, redevelopment, and development activities with market analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling to drive investment decisions. Ideal candidates have strong experience in real estate finance, knowledge of NPV/IRR/cap rates, and the ability to prepare concise memos for senior leadership.
