We're partnering with a well-established organization that is looking for an Entry-Level Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience in a supportive environment where you'll receive training and mentorship while building a strong foundation in accounting. Responsibilities:

Process high-volume accounts payable transactions Review invoices and ensure accurate GL coding Maintain vendor records and assist with W-9 and 1099 compliance Generate checks and supporting payment documentation Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies Reconcile A/P aging reports Assist with journal entries and month-end close activities Work closely with internal departments to answer accounting-related questions Support audits and other accounting projects as needed Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or graduating soon) Strong understanding of debits and credits Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Eager to learn and grow within an accounting career Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Previous accounting experience is a plus but not required—comprehensive training will be provided. #GHJSS #LI-LM1 We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
