Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our healthcare team. This role is pivotal in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing nursing staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of clinical systems, with the ability to implement best practices. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of clinical services to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in home health. Supervising nursing staff, providing guidance and support in their daily operations. Managing shift schedules to optimize staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage for patient needs. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitoring patient outcomes and quality metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve service delivery. Ensuring that all clinical staff are trained in current best practices related to physiology, anatomy, and specific care protocols. Maintaining knowledge of Medicare regulations and ensuring compliance within the organization. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives for clinical staff. Monitoring QAPI program to assure appropriate corrective measures are performed. Experience 2 - 5 years of RN - Leadership experience in Home Health. OASIS & QAPI Experience is a must. RN-BSN License in Ohio coupled with proven experience in nurse management or a similar leadership role within home health care. Strong knowledge of clinical systems and processes related to hospice care, acute care, and home health. Demonstrated ability in supervising teams effectively while managing multiple priorities. In-depth understanding of physiology and anatomy as it relates to patient care. Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and documentation requirements is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
