Revenue Specialist

Overview Position Summary: Provides member service, maintains the checkout area, resolves member issues, and promotes Sam's Club products and services. Provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology. Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types. Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps. Responsibilities Maintain the checkout area and assist members with purchasing decisions; verify membership cards and identify member needs. Provide member service, resolve issues and concerns, and promote the company\'s products and services. Provide guidance on self-service technology and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Follow proper procedures for handling merchandise; report unsafe situations to facility management; maintain a safe shopping environment. Maintain entrance and exit areas; review receipts; assist with securing Sam\'s Club assets and property by observing and reporting potential criminal activity per policy. Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation; execute emergency response procedures; ensure compliance with security and safety practices. Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures; teach new technology and tool functionality; deliver rollout training and provide continuous learning opportunities. Maintain area of responsibility by properly handling returns; identify shrink and damages; zone, arrange, and organize merchandise. Preferred Qualifications: Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and working with mobile retail applications. Compensation and Benefits The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
