Seeking a board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
\n
Must possess a current Maryland medical license
\n
Must have 5+ years of post-training primary care experience
\n
Stateside U.S. medical graduate required
\n
Full-time position
\n
Weekdays only
\n
Half-day of administrative time each week
\n
100% outpatient primary care
\n
Concierge medicine model – patients pay a monthly membership fee in addition to utilizing their health insurance
\n
New physician position being added due to demand
\n
Current practice is at patient capacity with an existing wait list
\n
Additional patient care pod is available onsite for the incoming physician
\n
Practice emphasizes relationship-based, personalized care
\n
Ability to see either all ages or adults only
\n
Low patient volume – approximately 8-10 patients per day
\n
Physician will also respond to patient portal messages and phone calls
\n
Phone call coverage for your own patient panel four days per week
\n
Work alongside approximately 15 physicians
\n
Dedicated nurse
\n
Shared referral coordinator
\n
Additional support provided by marketing, sales, billing, HR, and IT teams
\n
No APP supervision responsibilities
\n

Organization Information: \n

Salary range: $250,000-$300,000
\n
7 paid holidays annually
\n
3 additional floating holidays annually
\n
3 weeks of PTO during year one – negotiable
\n
4 weeks of PTO annually thereafter
\n
1 week of CME time annually
\n
CME allowance
\n
401(k) with 4% employer match
\n

Complimentary concierge medicine memberships for physicians and their immediate families, including spouse and children under 18
