Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide insights and training to patients and their families on therapy practices to facilitate ongoing recovery at home.
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Treatment: Keep track of clinical developments and adapt therapies as necessary to ensure patients achieve their objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Post-graduate certifications and continued professional development are encouraged and supported.

Licensure and Accreditation

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
