Administrative AssistantUnder supervision of the Director of Property Management, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to the Property Management office and staff.Duties & Responsibilities:Handles phones and greets clientsCreates files for tenants and landlordsLead trax & rapid responseSubmits various letters as neededOrders office supplies for the department and handles all invoicesProcesses applicationsVerifies all documents and completed correctlyRun credit reportsLandlord and employment verificationManages LAP and rental reportsOversees the renewal process sending out notices for the landlord and tenantsAssists with filing as neededKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with staff, vendors and clientsProven computer skills and experience in using applications such as Word, Excel, and OutlookReal estate or property management background preferred but not necessary
