About Family Insurance:

Family Insurance is a growing independent insurance brokerage based in Las Vegas, serving clients nationwide.

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered insurance environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Personal Lines Producers with quoting and policy processing
• Prepare and submit applications accurately and efficiently
• Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, and policy changes
• Communicate with carriers and clients regarding coverage and documentation
• Assist with coverage reviews and account servicing
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system (CRM/AMS)
• Track renewal timelines and follow up as needed
• Provide responsive and professional customer service
• Stay current on carrier guidelines and underwriting requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in personal lines insurance support or CSR role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and agency management systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
• Knowledge of the Las Vegas market is helpful
