About the Job Territory Sales Executive The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging in, and selling all Axiom products & services to targeted accounts within a sales territory in the US. This job's role is to help businesses from the Service Provider Industry discover our Axiom quality products. Educate customers and discover quality products and solutions for their network. Location Details: Remote position in the U.S. You must live in the assigned territory:
- Territory: TBD.
- Up to 70%, depending on location and customer requirements.
- Identify business opportunities and challenges using various sales methods both in person and remotely (door to door, cold calling, networking, etc.).
- Present our products and services to potential clients, identify specific customers characteristics to promote and sell our products.
- Report on regional sales results and opportunities (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Be a road warrior as you travel out of your car* and throughout your territory to meet prospects and customers face-to-face (*mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel). Planning and scheduling on-site visits 3-4 days each work week in assigned territory.
- Create effective solutions for customers using our high-quality products.
- Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance and industry associations.
- Effectively build and optimize long term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with sales reps through teams, email, phone, and face to face interaction.
- Own all sales quotes with accounts, reseller, and/or distribution partner.
- Build a pipeline to targeted revenue based on plans noted above.
- Use current and new processes as outlined by management for proper sales order flow. (Quote processes, CRM, customer database).
- Coordinate customer visits with management including planning, budgeting, and follow up.
- Two years of successful sales experience.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Experience using CRM.
- Clean driving record.
- Courage without fear of being on the phone, making connections and fostering relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop well-considered proposals, business letters, emails, etc.
- High motivation to meet sales goals.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience and accountability for using CRM and the ability to easily learn new technology.
