About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President with a focus on ESOP advisory to join their deal execution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of ESOP transactions, recapitalizations, and M&A advisory engagements. This role involves serving as the primary contact for clients and transaction counterparties, managing financial analysis, valuation work, transaction structuring, and overseeing the preparation of various marketing and presentation materials. The Vice President will also be expected to mentor and develop junior team members, support senior bankers in business development, and contribute to origination initiatives within the ESOP and ownership transition marketplace. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of investment banking experience, with a strong background in transaction execution, and a proven track record in managing multiple workstreams. The role requires exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to build and review various financial analyses and transaction materials. The ideal candidate will have prior experience at a middle-market investment bank, boutique advisory platform, or corporate finance advisory firm, and must hold or be able to obtain FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses. Prior experience in ESOP advisory is essential, and the candidate should be capable of overseeing deal execution in a remote work environment.
