About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investment Management Audit. This lead auditor role is pivotal in the internal audit function, with a focus on the company's investment management business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and participating in both local and global audits, as well as supporting various internal audit activities such as risk assessment, issue remediation validation, and continuous monitoring. A key aspect of the role is the assessment of compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly those set by the SEC. The Vice President will also be involved in leading global audits, defining their scope, and ensuring that all audit work is in line with the established methodology. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in audit within the asset management industry, with a strong understanding of business processes, risks, and controls. The role requires a proven track record in leading and executing end-to-end asset management reviews, and experience in data analytics is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management, time and project management, analytical, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualifications, such as CIA, are essential. The role demands a professional who can effectively discuss control issues with senior stakeholders, work collaboratively with internal audit teams, and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
