The Mission: Leading the Quality Loop Human-to-Human Auditing: Audit the work of DLAs, providing structured, actionable feedback to drive team-wide improvement. Tactical Support: Act as the first line of defense for the team—answering complex linguistic questions and interpreting evolving guidelines. Onboarding & Coaching: Lead hands‑on training for new associates, helping them navigate the nuances of Arabic dialects and AI safety. Workflow Orchestration: Monitor queues and identify blockers, escalating risks to Team Leads before they impact the program. Strategic Insights: Spot high‑level patterns in both human and model behavior, contributing directly to the evolution of project guidelines. Project Details Employment Type: W2 Full‑Time Employee Hours: 40 hours/week Location: Washington State (On‑Site: Redmond, Seattle, or Bellevue) Pay Rate: 38 $ per hour What We’re Looking For Experience: 2–4 years in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human‑in‑the‑loop (HITL) workflows.
