Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead multiple projects through all phases of planning, design, construction, and closeout Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and execution plans Monitor project performance, scope, schedule, and financial metrics Identify and manage project risks, changes, and out‑of‑scope requests Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, owners, and project stakeholders Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness, communication, and technical credibility Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for future work Support business development efforts and project pursuits alongside Client Service Group Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and resources Establish internal milestones and drive accountability for deliverables Facilitate communication between clients, project partners, and internal teams Ensure technical challenges are proactively addressed before they impact project outcomes Support project execution during construction through coordination of RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field activities Partner with construction administration staff to maintain responsiveness and project momentum Provide technical guidance and project leadership to engineering teams Promote innovative solutions that create value for clients Support F&T’s thought leadership, industry involvement, and professional visibility initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering required 10+ years of experience managing engineering or building systems projects EIT, PE, LEED, or other professional credentials preferred Strong understanding of building systems and project delivery processes Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and client relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
