We are focused on developing and producing new product ideas every day and are in the process of commercializing many of these unique items across the United States.**Reports to:**Director of Sales**Responsibilities:**· Develop and cultivate professional relationships with key customers within specific foodservice and retail markets· Work directly with customers to offer valuable solutions which grow sales· Manage all customer initiatives and needs· Develop sales documents and presentations, which includes working knowledge of point-of-sale materials and brochures, pamphlets, power points and various sales informational materials· Develop and manage a variety of customer forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) to achieve business objectives· Full responsibility for accurate and timely submission of customer bids tenders – must be knowledgeable in various packaging configurations and pallet patterns· Collaborate with production planning and logistics to ensure customer orders are successfully received, planned for and shipped, or picked up, on time· Collaborate with finance department to ensure customer balances are paid on time· Additional responsibilities include developing new customers, maintaining and tracking progress in relevant CRM systems, ensuring customer sales support for customer events, meetings/presentations, and product sampling· Experience with finished product export requirements and ingredient import requirements is a plus**Qualifications:**· Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in foodservice or retail channels· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Strategic thinking, solution oriented, high negotiation skills, and an understanding of motivational leadership and conflict resolution· Excellent computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office products is required· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience· Located in Boise, ID or Jerome, ID**Travel:**Up to 25%**Location:**Boise, ID or Jerome, ID**Compensation:**Dependent on experience and skill level**Benefits:**Competitive Salary and short-term incentive planComprehensive insurance (health, dental, vision, life)Health Savings AccountMatching 401KPaid Time OffOpportunity to grow your career in an international company**Job Type:**Full-time, on-site; the job requires 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some flexibility.Rite Stuff Foods recruits, hires, trains, promotes, disciplines, and provides other conditions or employment without regard to a person’s race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, pregnancy, veteran’s status or other classifications protected under law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
