Project Manager

This position serves as support for operations on the jobs in which they are involved. Responsibilities range from participation in initial project set up and buyout, cost spread/estimate familiarity, job quantity tracking, on-site daily activity involvement, concrete material tracking, equipment and manpower productivity tracking, invoice approval, extra work ticket tracking, participation in job cost reporting, project safety compliance, quality control compliance, production analysis/tracking. Specific Responsibilities Participate in Contract/scope review. Job cost spread and estimate. Project sequencing and scheduling Invoice coding and approval. Coordination with GC/Owner Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources Mentoring of younger Project Engineers Job Specific Competencies/Behaviors Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills. Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment.
