Registered Nurse - OR

The OR Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care during the surgical phase, coordinating with the health team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role acts as a patient advocate in the operating room. Requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Admission, recovery, and discharge of surgical patients.
• Hours flexible to daily surgery schedule.
• Ability to function independently and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team.

Physical Setting:

• Outpatient

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift. 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Monday to Friday, No Weekends! No Holidays!

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Acute Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Operating Room Nursing Experience

Education/License/Certifications:

• Associates Degree (Preferred)
• Indiana RN License (Required)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (Preferred)
