Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
We are seeking a highly qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories
- Perform physical exams and order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Requirements:
- Active NP or PA license in Indiana
- Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies
- Board certification in specialty area
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in medical software and technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
