Customer Service Rep

The Customer Service Representative performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. The Customer Service Representative also resolves administrative problems and inquiries; composes, edits, and proofreads correspondence and reports, deals with customers on a regular basis to resolve any issues or questions they may have.

Essential Duties:

• Performs a variety of administrative functions.
• Answers phone calls
• Schedules appointments, gives information to customers
• Dealing with customers on a regular basis to ensure quality service, following up with resolutions to any issues they have, maintaining professionalism throughout difficult circumstances that may occur.
• Sorts, screens, reviews, and distributes incoming and outgoing email; composes, prepares, or ensures timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a Customer Service position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
• Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
• Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
• Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
• Ability to deal with customers issues effectively and professionally
