$32-$40/hour + SPIFFs | Tacoma, WA
No On-Call | No Weekends | Tuesday-Saturday Option Available

Kliemann Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Tacoma, WA. We've been serving the South Puget Sound area since 1998, and we've built our reputation on honest work, quality service, and taking care of our people.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest recommendations
- Perform high-quality service while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
- Complete service documentation accurately using company-provided technology
- Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
