Senior Product Manager

IDR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Hudson, NY. This role is within a banking organization focused on credit card products, supporting the development and launch of new features within a scaled agile environment. The role offers the chance to work on impactful financial products with a collaborative team. Position Overview for the Senior Product Manager: Support a co-branded credit card product team within the banking domain Define, deliver, and launch new product features in a scaled agile environment Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including design, data, business, and engineering teams Gather and define requirements, and manage product backlogs in tools like JIRA and Confluence Mentor and guide junior product team members, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met Requirements for the Senior Product Manager: Banking industry experience (required) Strong preference for candidates with experience in Credit Cards or Co-Branded Cards Proven Product Management experience, including requirements gathering, writing and managing requirements in JIRA, and driving cross-functional collaboration Experience working in a scaled Agile delivery environment Experience leading or mentoring small teams (1–3 people) and reviewing/quality-controlling their work What's in it for you?
