SpecterOps is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Americas West to own and deliver high-impact, multi-region field marketing programs that generate engagement, strengthen account relationships, and contribute measurable pipelines. Working from general strategic direction, this role translates territory priorities into an actionable plan, independently drives execution, and partners closely with Sales, SDRs, ABM, Demand Generation, Channel, and Global Marketing.

This is an experienced individual-contributor role for a marketer who can navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions with limited guidance, communicate complex ideas clearly, and improve how field programs are delivered across the team. The successful candidate will balance compelling audience experiences with disciplined planning, data-led optimization, and strong commercial judgement.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with frequent travel for led events, conferences, quarterly company events, and other ad hoc meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-region, high-impact programs, including flagship conferences, executive experiences, roadshows, webinars, partner-led activities, and targeted account-based events.
• Own the territory-level field marketing strategy for Americas West, translating business direction and Sales priorities into a clear programs plan, milestones, and measures of success.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and projects, surface trade-offs early, and recommend sequencing or resource changes when priorities compete.
• Partner with Sales, SDRs, ABM, and Demand Generation to scale targeted programs that maximize engagement, accelerate opportunity progression, and build qualified pipeline.
• Own moderately complex programs end to end by breaking ambiguous goals into practical workstreams, clarifying requirements, identifying dependencies, and delivering solutions with limited guidance.
• Develop compelling program narratives and present plans, recommendations, and results clearly in written, one-to-one, and group settings for audiences with different levels of context.
• Manage program budgets and vendor performance across the territory, making sound decisions and explaining the evidence, assumptions, and trade-offs behind them.
• Build territory-level forecasts, assess expected pipeline contribution, and use performance signals to adjust investment and program mix.
• Create dashboards and regular reporting that communicate performance, ROI, funnel influence, and ABM results in an accessible way.
• Optimize field marketing and ABM workflows, strengthen Sales cross-region execution, and help establish repeatable practices that support consistent delivery across the team.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, timely decisions, aligned follow-up, and effective hand-offs across Sales and pipeline teams.
• Mentor junior team members and program managers by sharing context, feedback, tools, and practical guidance while fostering their independent judgement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including substantial field, regional, event, or account-based marketing experience.
• Demonstrated success owning multi-market or territory programs that contributed to engagement, opportunity progression, and qualified pipeline.
• Ability to convert broad direction into a structured work plan and deliver independently, while knowing when to raise risks, ask for input, or propose a change in priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through moderately complex or ambiguous challenges with limited guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to make unfamiliar or complex ideas easy to understand for different audiences.
• Commercial and analytical judgement, with experience managing budgets, forecasting results, evaluating performance, and explaining recommendations with evidence.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills and a track record of building trust with Sales, SDR, ABM, Demand Generation, Channel, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Experience improving processes or building scalable, durable field marketing practices that support consistent team delivery.
• Ability to coach or mentor colleagues through feedback, shared context, and practical support; this role does not require formal people management.
• Willingness to travel for events, up to 30% annually.
