Owning Zoom's field events strategy, the full-time Senior Field Marketing Manager will design high-impact experiences, collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, and drive measurable pipeline growth through various events in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Managing the field events calendar from planning to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with pipeline targets Designing and executing owned events and third-party sponsorships that generate qualified pipeline Collaborating with Sales and SDR teams to drive attendance from priority accounts and connect events to revenue opportunities Required Qualifications 6+ years of field marketing/event marketing experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of generating measurable pipeline Experience planning and executing various event formats, including executive roundtables and large-scale conference sponsorships Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent events effectively Ability to set event goals and measure outcomes using a data-driven approach Equivalent practical experience may substitute for formal education requirements
