This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep collaboration with sales, strong program ownership, and a proven ability to translate corporate marketing strategy into high-impact regional execution.The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in high-tech field marketing, preferably within enterprise B2B or SaaS organizations, and has a strong track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue results.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute regional field marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and sales prioritiesDesign and deliver integrated field programs including events, roadshows, executive engagements, webinars, and ABM initiativesPartner closely with sales leadership to support territory plans, pipeline creation and acceleration, and account expansionManage end-to-end program execution: planning, budgeting, logistics, promotion, execution, and post-event follow up and measurementDrive demand generation and pipeline contribution through targeted campaigns and personalized experiencesCollaborate with digital, content, product marketing, and partner marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and executionAnalyze program performance and pipeline impact; provide regular reporting and insights to marketing and sales leadershipManage regional marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across all initiativesWork with external vendors, agencies, and partners to scale execution and impactContinuously optimize programs based on performance data, market feedback, and evolving business prioritiesSupport NiCE’s annual user conference by being the conduit to the field regarding discounted + free passes. Communicate, inform and educate the field and Senior Sales leadership on the user conference including the conference structure and sessions.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in field marketing within a high-tech, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environmentProven experience driving pipeline and revenue through field and account-based marketing programsStrong alignment and partnership experience with enterprise sales teams and sales leadershipDemonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel field programs across regions or territoriesExperience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and optimize marketing impactExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise and / or strategic accountsFamiliarity with ABM platforms and intent data toolsPrior experience working with channel, GSI’s or alliance partnersGlobal or multi-region field marketing experienceWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent, measurable contribution to sales pipeline and revenueStrong alignment and trust with sales leadership and repsHigh-quality field programs that elevate brand presence and customer engagementClear reporting and insights that inform marketing and sales strategyAbout NiCE NICE Ltd.
