ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service and agency operations. I'm family-oriented, enjoy traveling, and believe in building an agency where people can grow both personally and professionally. Our team enjoys spending time together through office outings and team events, and we've built a culture that feels more like family than coworkers. We believe in supporting one another, putting customers first, and always doing the right thing. Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a flexible work environment. We believe in rewarding hard work while providing the flexibility and support our team needs to succeed. I'm looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheck. As an Account Associate for Christopher Alfaro - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS:
