General Liability Claims Adjuster

Seeking a skilled General Liability Claims Specialist, this fully remote position will manage a diverse portfolio of non-litigated General Liability claims, applying sound judgment and technical expertise to analyze coverage, conduct investigations, negotiate resolutions, and ensure timely claim disposition. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of General Liability claims from initial report through resolution Investigate coverage, liability, and damages by gathering information from insureds, claimants, and relevant parties Analyze policy coverage and negotiate fair and timely settlements within delegated authority Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Five or more years of commercial General Liability claims handling experience preferred Experience evaluating and resolving bodily injury and third-party property damage claims preferred Applicable state claims adjuster licensure preferred Experience handling GL Claims in the Southern jurisdictions preferred
