About the Position: As the Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for the financial success of the team, the flow of the leasing process, and creating creative marketing strategies to meet revenue goals. Key Position Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed sales goals including occupancy rate and renewals to ultimately meet rental revenue expectations Be a point of contact for prospective residents, providing information, conducting property and available unit tours, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience Utilize dynamic sales skills to effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each property to potential tenants Negotiate lease terms and agreements, ensuring a win‑win situation for both the company and the resident Following up, prospecting and networking within the community to ensure a robust pipeline of potential residents Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations Encourage and lead a successful sales team Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for Leasing Consultants Shadow the leasing team to provide coaching and training to develop employees Monitor reporting to analyze weekly traffic and trends Understand the community’s unique attributes to determine each prospect’s specific requirements and tend to those needs Meet and greet future residents and prospects in an enthusiastic and professional manner and conduct tours and provide up-to-date information on vacancy and pricing Develop and implement resident retention programs Responsible for outreach marketing and establishing relationships with local businesses What You Bring: 3-5 years of experience as a Leasing Manager in a luxury apartment community of 100 units Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Knowledgeable of market trends Dynamic leadership experience with proven skills to grow and manage a successful team to ensure optimal sales and occupancy performance What We Offer: Happy, healthy employees enhance our ability to assist our residents.
