Reservations Operation Manager

Reservation Operations Manager • Remote • Seasonal, full‑time • $26/hour base wage plus performance‑based incentives Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all markets, stepping in to cover Team Leader responsibilities when needed. Monitor agents’ tasks, shared email inbox, and phone time accountability. Create a weekly schedule to ensure coverage aligns with task organization. Lead one‑on‑ones with agents, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate on initial and ongoing reservations agent training. Lead sections of team meetings and represent reservations in local operations meetings. Answer team questions and concerns. Secondary Responsibilities Directly assist customers during busy periods, walking them through the reservation process. Support email and voicemail during busy periods. Coordinate with local shops for modifications, switch‑outs, pickups to maximize revenue during peak periods. Ensure brand standards are met in each conversation to maintain award‑winning customer service. Requirements Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs at once (reservation software, shared inbox, phone systems – training provided). Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home workspace. Availability for weekend and holiday shifts during busiest periods. Previous management experience required. Previous call center experience preferred but not required. Ability to work 8am‑4pm or 10am‑6pm shifts (Mountain Time). Start date September19th.
