We are currently seeking a Technical Solns.Arch. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description

• User Lifecycle Management: Administer the full identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver) by creating, updating, and de-provisioning user identities within PingOne, PingFederate, and PingDirectory.
• Role and Group Management: Create, review, and manage administrator and application roles (collections of permissions) to ensure least-privilege access.
• RBAC and Access Control: Define and enforce policies for RBAC/ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) to govern user access to applications, APIs, and directory services.
• Access Certifications and Reviews: Conduct regular access reviews, user lifecycle audits, and certification campaigns to maintain security compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Platform Configuration: Configure PingOne/PingFederate for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and adaptive authentication policies.
• Workflow Automation: Utilize Ping DaVinci and automation scripting (e.g., JavaScript, REST APIs) to automate user provisioning and orchestration flows.
• Incident and Support: Provide L2/L3 support for authentication failures, authorization issues, token exchanges, and directory synchronization problems.

Expected to Deliver:

1. Entitlement-to-Role Translation

• Convert AD groups and application entitlements into business-meaningful roles
• Example:
• AD Groups → “Claims Processor – Read & Update”
• AD Groups → “Policy Administrator – Issue & Modify”

2. Role-Based UAR Model in Ping

• Define how:
• Roles are represented in Ping
• Reviews are triggered and conducted
• Attestations are captured for audit

3. Role Definition Working Sessions

• Facilitate structured workshops with:
• Application owners
• Business stakeholders
• Shift discussion from: “What access exists?” t o “What access is needed, by whom, and why?”

4. Practical, Repeatable Framework

• Deliver a Point of View and proposal covering:
• Approach
• Ping implementation model
• Proof points
• Delivery roadmap tied to the pilot and scale-out
