Brand Designer

We are seeking a talented and strategic Brand Designer to help develop, maintain, and evolve our visual identity across all customer touchpoints. The Brand Designer will translate our brand strategy into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, marketing, social media, presentations, advertising, packaging, and other creative materials. This is a full-time position offering $65,000–$85,000 per year , depending on experience, portfolio quality, design expertise, and overall qualifications. Candidates with significant brand identity experience and a strong portfolio may be considered at the upper end of the compensation range. The ideal candidate combines strong visual-design skills with an understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling. You should be comfortable taking a project from concept through final execution while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain visual brand identities, guidelines, and design systems. Create concepts and visual assets for marketing campaigns, advertising, social media, websites, presentations, and other channels. Develop logos, typography systems, color palettes, graphic elements, layouts, and other brand assets. Ensure consistency and quality across all brand communications. Collaborate with marketing, content, product, photography, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions. Create compelling visual concepts for new products, campaigns, launches, and initiatives. Develop presentations, sales materials, digital graphics, print collateral, and promotional materials. Work with photographers, illustrators, copywriters, and external creative partners when needed. Maintain organized brand libraries and design files. Contribute to and help enforce brand guidelines across the organization. Research design trends and emerging visual styles while ensuring the brand remains distinctive and consistent. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines. Qualifications Required 3+ years of professional experience in brand design, graphic design, visual identity, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and visual-design work. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign . Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to translate strategic concepts into compelling visual identities. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently. Preferred Experience developing complete brand identities from concept through implementation. Experience with Figma and other digital design tools. Experience with marketing, advertising, e-commerce, technology, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Motion graphics or basic animation experience. Experience creating social-media and digital advertising assets. Understanding of UX/UI principles. Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems. Experience directing or collaborating with photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $65,000–$85,000 per year , depending on experience, demonstrated brand-design expertise, portfolio quality, and qualifications.
