LPN LTCTryfacta is seeking an LPN LTC for our client in Glenwood, MN 56334. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: LPN LTCLocation: Glenwood, MN 56334Duration: 13-weekWork Schedule: Day 5x8, 6a-2:30p, OT is also availablePay rate: $40 to $44 per hourResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:First time travelers are accepted 1+ year experience required Certification required: BLS, LPN License Responsibilities: Administered medications and treatments as ordered. Monitored vital signs and residents' health conditions. Provided wound care and routine nursing procedures. Assisted residents with ADLs and personal care. Documented assessments, care, and medication administration. Reported changes in condition to the RN/provider. Followed infection control and patient safety protocols.
