Social Services Director

Social Services Director Full‑time position at Complete Care at Monmouth . Sign‑on bonus: $3,000. As the Social Services Director you will play a key role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will also ensure our caregivers receive the same compassion that is provided to the residents. Qualifications & Responsibilities Must have LSW or CSW license. Previous long‑term care experience is preferred. Prior experience managing social work staff is preferred. Directs, establishes & plans overall policies/g–of the Social Services Department. Maintains accurate, thorough, and timely documentation. Participates in interdisciplinary care‑plan meetings to ensure treatment of the social and emotional needs of residents. Exhibits a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Reviews advanced directives and provides education to residents and family members as needed. Helps provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members. Able to work independently or as part of an interprofessional team. Computing knowledge and experience using Point Click Care. Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
