Schedule 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. The unit is a 20-bed inpatient overflow unit with a mixed level of care, including medical surgical and/or step-down patients. This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on a quick turnover of short stay patients. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on telemetry monitoring. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. Manage patient assignments within the ratios of 1:5 to 1:6 based on level of care. Utilize EMR (Cerner) for accurate documentation and patient records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license.
