Service Coordinator

Excel Cabinets & Countertops is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage warranty and service requests, schedule technicians, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. This position plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly after installation. Responsibilities Manage incoming service and warranty requests Schedule service technicians and coordinate appointments Communicate with builders, homeowners, and internal teams Track service tickets from start to completion Enter and update job details in company systems Order parts and materials needed for service work Follow up to ensure work is completed and customers are satisfied Maintain organized records, notes, and photos for each job Qualifications Experience in construction, cabinets, or service coordination preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (email, builder portals, scheduling systems, and mobile apps) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle difficult situations Additional Information Positive attitude and team player Reliable and self‑motivated Strong follow‑through and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
