Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling. Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner. Utilizes time effectively and accomplish duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision. Other duties as assigned. Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone. Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments.
